	   The HRS is an environment that is adaptable to your team's program. Machines 
		within the HRS environment can be rotated and replaced to provide a training 
		solution entirely flexible to your season goals. 
	  Typical HRS use during preseason conditioning program: 
		- Treadmills, elliptical trainers used to condition athletes for peak 
		fitness prior to season.  
	  Typical HRS use during mid-season program: 
		- Non-load bearing equipment such as stationary bikes used to rehabilitate 
		stress fractures and other injuries that would normally prevent athletes 
		from maintaining cardiovascular and strength endurance.
